Punjabi industry is setting a new trend of creating threquels as few days back third part of Nikka Zaildar series was released and now a new movie is announced which will be a threquel in it’s own line as it is revealed that ‘Yaar Anmulle Returns’ movie will be releasing on 6th March 2020.
Talking about Yaar Anmulle, it was presented under the banner of Batra Showbiz in 2011 in which a story of three friends Guru(Aarya Babbar), Deep(Yuvraj Hans) and Sher Singh(Harish Verma) – who are studying in a university and are staying together in the hostel of the same university. The movie explores this very friendship between these three boys as they spend their student days doing all the usual things that students normally do. They do everything together like bunking classes, getting into fights with a rival group, talking and laughing over numerous cups of tea and they even fall in love together. However, the love stories of all the three friends turn out to be complicated.
Following this, ‘Yaar Anmulle 2’ was also created which was a flop. May be this was the reason that the makers have decided to comeback with the same StarCast of ‘Yaar Anmulle’ but somehow they won’t get successful as Arya Babar aka Guru is busy in the shooting of ‘Gandhi Phir Aagya’ . Thus this time three friends will be Harish, Yuvraj Hans and Prabh Gill. Moreover, Nikeet Dhillon, Jasmine Slaich and Navpreet Banga will be seen opposite to these friends.
Talking about the offscreen crew, the movie will be produced under the banner of ‘Shri Films’ and ‘Jarnail Ghuman’ in association with Batra Showbiz. Further, direction to this friend group will be given by Harry Bhatti who had directed films like Rabb Da Radio, Aate di Chidi. Also, story is written by Gurjind Maan. Furthermore, the shooting for the movie will be started from 3rd October in Himachal Pradesh and then they will shoot in Chandigarh and Mohali.
Now what we have to see that how this trio of friends will again live upto the exception of audience and is Prabh Gill will fit in the shoe of Arya Babar.
