Punjab and Brotherhood are two different words but it seems like that they are synonyms because whenever it comes to unity they don’t give a second thought and stand by for others. Likewise, Punjabi industry has set an example as recently a news is revealed that a punjabi movie ‘Ik Sandhu Hunda Si’ has postponed it’s release because another punjabi movie ‘Sufna’ will be releasing nearby. So, to avoid clashes Gippy Grewal, Rakesh Mehta(Director) and Golden Bridge Films postponed their release after a mutual discussion which only happened out of their love and respect among their brotherhood else every other day their has been clashes among the movies.

Recently, a official announcement has been made that the release date of ‘Ik Sandhu Hunda Si’ has postponed from 21st February 2020 to 28th February 2020 as a post shared by Gippy Grewal explains what exactly happened between the teams of ‘Ik Sandhu Hunda Si’ and ‘Sufna’ where on request of Jagdeep Sidhu’s Gippy Grewal has postponed the dates of his movie. Thus through a mutual discussion where Gippy Grewal, Rakesh Mehta(Director) and Golden Bridge Films have come up with a decision that release date of ‘Ik Sandhu Hunda Si’ will be postponed so that it will give fair chance for both movies to give enough space to their audience to get entertain because after this the difference between both movies is of 14 days. Also, Box-office collection is another reason for change as one week is not enough time for collection to a movie.

Furthermore, it is not first time that their is change in the release of ‘Ik Sandhu Hunda Si’ as earlier it was supposed to release on 8th May’20 then it got preponed to 21st February 2020 and now it is postponed from 21st February 2020 to 28th February 2020. While on the other side the release date for ‘Sufna’ is still 14th February 2020 i.e. Valentine Day from the starting.

This is how punjabi’s set an example of brotherhood by adjusting for each other at various places and their these little-little contributions further adds to the fact that punjabi’s has big heart and they can do anything for their people.
